How To Participate
1. Existing User / Referrer
STEP 1
Tap on ‘Rewards’ via the app homepage > SimplyGo Referral Scheme campaign banner to retrieve your referral code
STEP 2
Copy and share your referral code with your friends^
STEP 3
Wait for your friends to meet the criteria of making a total of 30 public transport trips within 30 days of using the eligible card linked to their account
^referral code can only be used by three different users
2. New User / Referee
STEP 1
Download the SimplyGo app
Don’t have the SimplyGo app yet? Just scan or tap the QR codes below:
STEP 2
Input your friend’s referral code in the Sign-up page
STEP 3
Ensure you’ve added a valid contactless bank card* / SimplyGo Concession card / SimplyGo EZ-Link card to your account
STEP 4
Make a total of 30 public transport trips within 30 days using the eligible card linked to your account
Note: For those who signed up for a new SimplyGo account using a referral code but did not add a card or have added a stored value travel card (including EZ-Link Card, Concession Card and NETS FlashPay Card) before 17 July 2023, you will still be eligible for the SimplyGo Referral Scheme campaign if you add a contactless bank card* / SimplyGo Concession card / SimplyGo EZ-Link card to your account and fulfil the 30-trip criteria with effect from 17 July 2023.

* Some debit, credit and prepaid cards are also not accepted for public transport fare payments. Please refer to the SimplyGo FAQ for Contactless Bank Cards for the full list of cards that are not accepted for fare payments.
